What is the pomodoro technique?
It means working in controlled time blocks (usually 25 minutes) followed by a short break, to stay focused without burning out. Kokito includes a pomodoro timer with 25, 15 and 5 minute blocks, or whatever time you choose.
Is Kokito good for people with ADHD?
Yes. It's designed specifically for people with ADHD or anxiety: it includes an "I'm overwhelmed" mode that simplifies everything to a single task, mandatory breaks, and gentle self-care reminders like drinking water or stretching.
Is it free, and do I need to create an account?
Kokito is completely free and doesn't require sign-up. Your tasks and notes are saved in your own browser, and you can export or delete them whenever you want.
Can I use Kokito for studying?
Yes, many people use it for studying: it combines the pomodoro timer with task lists, a weekly schedule and important dates like exams or deadlines, with automatic reminders as the date approaches.
